My first respond to the site was that the whole walk is heavily air-polluted by noise of industrialisation. I agree with Simon and Juliet that those huge open lands deliver great opportunities for the long lasting projects if they’re wisely planned.
Future developments could introduce interaction between those lands.They should be co-ordinated into linked pleasant creatures through varieties of pathways. They would not only interact on horizontal level but on vertical as well. The great examples are connection between skyway and paveway, which is pictured by the bridge over Royal Victoria Docks to Excel. Cable cars will be another great example of that connection.
Another thought arose when we departed to the end of our walk; I realize the luck of recreational activities/facilities through the whole journey. Maybe that could bring life to the area.
I’m also very excited about huge amount of access to water. Great maintenance of those blueways should take place!
and also...watch out for pylons....
